“お部屋　お料理　ドリンク　おつまみのサービスはとても申し分ありませんでした！最高でした。 足の不自由な両親を連れていったので事前に夕食会場や浴場に近いところのお部屋をリクエストしたらエレベーターの近くのお部屋をとって頂いて良かったです。 ２回目の来館だったからかチェックイン時にフロントの方からの夕食会場や夜食の案内がなくパンフレットで確認や階を間違えてスタッフの人に聞きなおして確認できました。 ２回目でも2年前だったので うるおぼえで もう少し説明して欲しかったです。 朝にショップで買い物をしたのですが スタッフの人の受け答えがちょっと冷たく感じました。 この方の話し方なのかもしれませんが もう少し温かみがあると聞いてる人もホッコリすると思いました。”

“お部屋は十分な広さで、食事も大満足で贅沢に過ごせました。ただ常夜灯がなくて、照明の調整が出来なかった点や、寝具が布団一択で暑くて、夏掛けや毛布的な調整出来のが1枚あれば良かったと思いました。”

“It was nice, but I wanted my food served in my room, but it was a buffet style. Otherwise the Hot Springs is nice along the river…..very big and if you’re looking for a small ryokan style this is not it. This is more for a group activities.”
